We stand behind our coaching. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no hoops, no interrogation.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued by us through our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund:

• Open your account page to view your invoices, or
• Email us at hello@impact-mtb.com and we'll take care of it.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or through the link in any receipt. When you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.

Seller of record

Maximus Wielopolski & Daniel Ruso are the sellers of record for all orders. Card payments, invoices and refunds are processed on our behalf by Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
